Express Haul
OMG. This could be my longest entry ever. And it was quite expensive if I total all my purchases for the last two months. But these are what I bought from Express:
Barely Boot Jeans – its a Hybrid of Boot Cut Jeans and Skinny Jeans. Skinny on thighs and Boot cut on the bottom. Good fit. I love the dark wash too. ($50)
Ruffle Front Cardigan – Haha This sweater wasn’t on the store displays yet and Im already requesting it. The salesperson had to go to the back to check if they have it. I have this in Black. Its a perfect cover up for a tank when summer nights become a bit chilly. ($30)
Just a tee. I have this in Pink and Grey. A cool twist to the old white shirt look. ($15)
Leggings- OMG I havent worn them since I was 11. Now its back in fashion and I love wearing it with long lean tank tops and tshirts and dressy tunics. Its very comfortable especially on days when the weather is just too hot to wear jeans. ($24)
Stripes – I never thought Id wear them again. I always have this vision that Stripes make you look fat but what I liked about this shirt is the neckline- its kinda heart shaped. Very flattering
I have this in Grey/Black ($15)
Short Jumpsuit – This is an easy pick when going out. Because you dont have to think about which top or which bottom. its very comfortable to wear. Just add accessories and nice sandals. Or it could be as casual to wear just with flipflops. the only thing I dont like about this one-piece jumpsuit is that when you go to the bathroom you have to undress from the top
I have this in Black and Brown ($40)
Snakeskin Tank top – I pair this one with my leggings and sandals – I look very slim in it
($30)
Cowl Neck Sweater – haha I made a mistake of buying this sweater because its still summer and the store is already putting out Fall fashion. Now I have to wait when the weather is a bit colder to wear this. I could pair this with the leggings or skinny jeans. I bought it because I absolutely love the color. ($35)
Tiered Cami dress – I bought this online as soon as it went on sale. Its originally $70 and now its $30 so I ordered it immediately. I’m actually still waiting for it to be delivered. LOL.

Tiered Scoop Neck Top – I have this in White and Black – I loved the fact that it looks girly and hides my tummy at the same time. ($17)
Flyaway cardigan – I wore this all Springtime. It looks great on casual or work clothes. And I love it because its lightweight and it magically fits in my purses when folded. ($40)

Addicted to Pink
I have found my favorite favorite most favorite Iphone case in the whole world. This metallic pink case is never going to be replaced by any other. Its slim and it looks expensive (although i get them for free from our friends in the mall)

My husband recently bought me a new camera beause he broke the one that im using. And I needed a new one anyway. We got this from Sony and it has tons of interesting features like Smile and Face detection, touch screen menus and etc. It takes clear pictures and video (12 megapixels) and most of all, its slim and its PINK.

Melodia Discoteca is the name for this pouch from tokidoki. It fits my iphone and some ID and cash. Its great for that quick run out of the house and I dont have to bring a whole purse.
I bought this at Express for a dressier occasion ($19). Sometimes you just want that plain black wristlet that holds your important stuff . (LOL i just wanted to buy a new one- who am i kidding)

Chanel Eyeglasses
My contact lenses are getting more expensive every year. So I decided to wear glasses part time. And I hated the idea but if you put Chanel in the equation, I will definitely give it a chance. It wouldnt be geeky to wear it, but chic! It didnt cost me a lot because my insurance covered half of it.

Benefit Blush and Lipstick
One day I got bored using the neutral colors of Clinique Blushes. I wanted a bright, refreshing color to update my summer look. So I checked out the new blush from Benefit Cosmetics called Coralista. Its a bright pink-orange sparkly color that just wakes up your face. And for some reason this blush smells great! Like a fruit. It goes on nicely on the skin but I have to touch up in the middle of the day which I sometime dont do because the packaging is not very portable. But otherwise, I love using this with a nude color lipstick like Lady’s Choice to balance out the brightness of the cheeks and boldness of the eyes.

Sephora Wishlist
Mermaid Colors are in this summer. And I absolutely love it. Sephora came out with this nail polish color called Mermaid to Order and it costs $9. Now all I need is to have the guts to wear green nail polish at work :p
DKNY Cashmere Mist Deodorant – Im very particular with the deodorants I use. It better work! But Im curious about this product because I love this scent a lot. I hope it works great too. Cost is $10 for the travel size. Not bad if you just want to try it

Skincare
Sometimes I still go back to drug store products for my everyday stuff. These are the latest things Im crazy about and you dont even have to rob a bank or go in debt to afford them.

Banana Boat Aloe Vera Gel – Love love love love this product! I can’t imagine how I survived all these summers without it. It soothes your skin after you’ve been exposed to the sun. Its very cool and moisturizing on the skin. It smells great and I cant wait until the next time I go to a beach or a car show event so I can put this on again.
Clean and Clear Steam In Shower Facial – Instead of using my regular face scrub in the shower, I use this product. You put this on your face and wait for one minute until the steam from the shower activates the tingling sensation and then you scrub. It exfoliates really good and I know they recommend to use this 2-3 times a week but I feel like using it daily. My skin gets really soft after the shower and my husband even loves using this as well.
Neutrogena Comforting Butter Hand Cream – I wash my hands a lot and due to the recent Swine flu outbreak, I have gotten into the habit of using hand sanitizers every chance I get. I wash the dishes daily too and the next thing I know my hands are getting dry and starting to look like grandma’s hands. Ive used a lot of hand creams, but I get bored with those fragrant creams that only keeps my hands moiturized for a little while. But this hand cream from Neutogena is what im crazy about. It has the shea butter formula so it smells delicious and it keeps my hand really soft until the next time I wash my hands. It gets absorbed easily and its never greasy. This is one of the products that migrates from one bag to another and I bring it everywhere I go.

Clinique Haul
Summer is a good time to update your make up bag. Since you wont need much cover up in the summer, the sheerest make up is the way to go. You dont want all that makeup melting after sitting under the sun for a few minutes. So id like to keep in minimal. My routine includes: A good SPF moisturizer ( Youth Surge) or a tinted moisturizer (Moisture Sheer Tint), a light loose powder (Blended Face Powder), Almost Bronzer for that summer look, Eyeliner (brush-on cream liner) and Mascara (Lash Curling Mascara) and Lip gloss or lipstick. Eyeshadow is optional, I use Quick Eyes Cream Shadow in Cocoa Shimmer when I go to work.
I love this moisturizer. It promises a youthful skin while protecting it from sun damages. Its great under makeup and its not greasy when you put on. I realized I don’t need the anti aging products for wrinkles and fine lines. (maybe down the road – like 2 decades later). But I do need something that will slow down that process. And their slogan is pretty catchy “Unless you’re in a hurry to look 40″. I’m certainly not, so I’m a big fan of this product and Ive been using it for 2 months now.

It was a bit tricky to find the right color for liquid foundations and tinted moisturizers because we change colors as the season changes. But since this is a sheer product, the medium color is just right. I love the fact that this product stays on all day and it gives you that polished look as if you used primer, foundation, powder. It has a slight funny smell, other than that, I love this product as well.
All about eyes concealer combines the eye cream and a concealer. It depuffs and helps eliminate the dark circles under the eyes while it covers up the existing flaws. Its very moisturizing so I use it on other areas where needed.
This is the lightest, finest powder I’ve used. I was just not too sure about the shade because I couldnt tell the difference and I tend to have a darker shade in the summer. But I love this product as well. It controls the oiliness in my tzone area and it feels natural and light on the skin. It doesnt even feel like youre wearing powder.
My two favorite colors are Rose Taffy(Reddish Pink) and Think Bronze (Goldish Nude color).
